For existing customers that have a policy number starting with "AUD"

Audi Car Insurance policies that were quoted on or after 9th July 2025 and have a policy number that begins with "AUD" are arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (part of Allianz). Renew your cover

When it comes to renewing an Audi Car Insurance policy we'll contact you in advance of your renewal date with details on what to do.

If you've not heard from us when you were expecting to, you can contact us. Please check your policy documents for the correct phone number.
