Audi Car Insurance policies that were quoted on or after 9th July 2025 and have a policy number that begins with "AUD" are arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (part of Allianz). What happens if I change my car in the middle of the year?
Please contact us and we will update your policy and advise of any changes in premium, providing your new vehicle fits our underwriting criteria. You can find our contact details in your policy documents.
Can I decrease my excess to £0?
Unfortunately not, there is a compulsory policy excess that applies and this cannot be reduced. If you opt to take a voluntary excess this can be reduced back to zero, however, increasing your voluntary excess will reduce your premium.
How do I cancel my policy?
Please contact us on 0345 246 4030 and we will be able to assist you. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Bank Holidays.
Are charging stations covered by Audi Car Insurance?
If you choose to install a fixed charging station (power bank) in your home, it wouldn't be covered under your car insurance. However, you can get cover under your home insurance policy, so it’s worth checking with your provider.
